Biography of A. Hugh Jassel
Serving others has been Hugh's life blood. He was born Arel Hugh Jassel in 1946 and raised on a farm where his mother and father still work. Hugh was a leader in high school, football captain and all-state quarterback, he led in Future Farmers of America as state president, and as student body president while attending Law School where he was BMOC. He also served heroically in the National Guard along side George Bush.
Hugh has a earned a well-deserved reputation for the steadfastness and resolve in his decision-making on a wide range of issues. He is currently focused on defending and promoting traditional marriage, privatizing social security, expanding the patriot act, fighting the axis of evil in Iraq, stopping stem-cell research, reaching out to evangelicals, helping Alaska get funding for a critical bridge from Ketchikan to Gravina Island, pushing for exploratory drilling around Lake Teshekpuk in Alaska, lobbying for major internet service providers to have more control of internet access, keeping unsafe Canadian drugs out of America, keeping Mexicans in Mexico, thoroughly searching all Arabs travelling in and out of the United States, stopping the spread of lies about global warming, loosening restrictions on major manufacturers, getting a Wal-Mart into every small town, making sure Exxon/Mobil retains plenty of earnings to put back into research, creating more tax cuts, helping to pass line-item veto legislation, expanding the power of the president, cutting back on school spending and teacher salaries, strengthening the office of faith-based initiatives, pushing for laws that require the teaching of creationism as a science, getting prayers back into schools, stopping Planned Parenthood from trying to set up black genocide, and overturning Roe Vs Wade, among a plethora of other noble causes.
